Main girder
Is designed and optimized using a box-type structure, with the web plate cut and formed using full-length CNC cutting to accurately control deflection.
The end beam
is designed with direct drive to improve transmission efficiency. The steel casing is designed with a hollow tube, the wheel material is alloy steel, and has undergone proper heat treatment to make it more stable and durable.
The Drake single girder overhead crane comes standard with a variety of safety protection functions, including overload protection for lifting, load sensor-type overload limit switches, upper and lower position limit switches, and limit switches for lateral and longitudinal travel. In addition, it also includes optional features such as a crane monitoring system and an LED load display.
