What is your company policy if we want to distribute DRAKE product in our market?

Firstly, thank you for your interest to promote DRAKE brand, we have distributors in 50+ countries, please no hesitate to contact us for the detail discussions, as we have different policies for the different target markets. Surely, you are welcomed to visit our factory and let's talk face to face.

What about production cycle?

We are a manufacturing company offering direct factory sales. With our advanced production equipment and professional technical team, the standard delivery time for regular products is 10 working days.

What about shipping?

Our company mainly operates under EXW (Ex Works) trade terms. Considering the substantial dimensions of crane equipment, land transportation is the predominant logistics method. Customers have the flexibility to arrange their own transportation based on their specific requirements. Upon request, we can also provide logistics services with separate quotations, these costs are not included in the product pricing.

Do you accept OEM business?

Sure, we do many OEM productions for some famous crane brand and customers around the world.

What is the warranty period, and how can I claim warranty If my crane have any issue?

Our warranty period is 12 months after cargo leave China port. If the crane have any issue, our after-sales team and engineer will help you solve the issue by email or Video conference. If the defect is caused by quality issue, we will ship the spare parts to you by air to help you fixed it as soon as possible.

How can I assembly the cranes in my factory?

We suggest you to recruit a crane service team in local to install the crane base on our Installation Guideline and User manual. If cannot, we can send engineer to your factory to guide you do the installation with extra charge, and the transportation, accommodation, translator shall be covered by your side also.

How can I make payment?

We accept T/T bank transfer.

How do you ensure your product quality?

All our processes strictly adhere to ISO-9001 procedures, which include Material Traceability, ISO WPQR and welder certificate, Measuring Device Calibration, NDT for the welding, and full assembling and load testing before delivery.

Which standard of your crane and crane components apply to?

Our Crane can design and manufacture base on FEM, CMAA, ISO EN, GB standard.

Are you Manufacturer or Trading Company?

We are an integrated industrial and trade enterprises. We have our own R&D team, factory and marketing department. Our company is located in Changyuan, Henan, China. You are welcome to visit and exchange ideas with us.
